Shopping List:

  • Chicken Cubes - 1 Kg
  • Green Chilli Paste - 2 1/2 Tbsp
  • Ginger‐garlic Paste - 2 1/2 Tbsp
  • Curd Whipped - 5 Tablespoon / 75g
  • Oil - 1 Cup / 175 gm
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Green Corainder - Chopped 1 Tbsp
  • Aliz Chicken White Kadai Masala - 1 Packet

Cooking Instruction:

  1. Wash Chicken Cubes, boil with ginger‐ garlic paste & salt.
  2. Fry onion till crisp (golden brown)
  3. Grind Tomato,Onion ,Milk‐cream & Mix with the boiled chicken.
  4. Heat oil & butter ,Mix Aliz butter chicken Masala. Add the above mixture & stock water.
  5. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes & serve hot
  6. For best result,wash the chicken with salt in water.
