Cooking Instruction:

1. Boil, chop and fry 500 gm potatoes till slightly golden. Remove in a bowl and cool.
2. Add 2 table spoon pudina chutney, 1 table spoon lemon juice, 1/2 inch piece chopped ginger, 1 chopped green chilli and salt to taste, Mix well.
3. Sprinkle 1 table spoon Aliz Chaat Masala, Toss. Add chopped coriander leaves. Serve fresh.
