Chole Masala

Description

Chole is a regular fare for lunch and dinner in North India.Aliz Chole Masala is evenly balanced for taste and flavour and imparts a rare character to chole (chickpeas). Aliz Chole Masala is the perfect combination of several spices that come together to create a sour and medium spicy taste to punjabi delicacy.

Packaging

Rs.10 &  50g (Box Pack) , 100g & 500g (Jar Pack)

Cooking Instruction:

  1. Soak 100 gm of chole overnight. Cook and keep aside.
  2. Heat 3 tbsp oil, fry 2 chopped onions till golden brown. Add 1 tbsp each of chilli Powder and Coriander Powder.
  3. Add 1 tbsp Aliz Chole Masala. Fry for 3 min on a low flame. Add 1 chopped tomato, 3 slit green chilles and 1/2 inch ginger, finely sliced and salt to taste.
  4. Add boiled chole. Add salt cook for 5 min. For added flavour, put 1/2 tsp of Chaat Masala and Kasuri Methi. Serve hot with roti/rice.
