Shopping List:

  • 200 gm Vegetables, cut into pieces
  • 50 gm Paneer cut into pieces
  • 250 gm / 2 Cup Rice
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp Curd
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • Aliz Vegetable Hydrabadi Biryani Mix 1 Packet

Cooking Instruction:

  1. Wash & soak rice for 30 minutes & drain.
  2. Boil water and rice,1 tbsp oil & cook for 5-10 Minutes.Remove from the heat & drain water.
  3. Heat oil in a pan,add Vegetables,Paneer,Curd and Aliz Veg. Hydrabadi Biryani Mix & cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Fry Onion till crisp (Golden Brown), Add rice cook for 10 minutes
  5. Garnish it with crispy onion coriander leaves & serve hot.
