Cooking Instruction

  1. In 1 tbsp oil, light 1 chopped onian, 2 gereen chillies, 2 clove of garlic, 5 cashew-nuts, 1 tbsp poppy seeds, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp Kasuri methi & 1 inch ginger.
  2. Add 1/2 cup water. keep 30 mins & grind to fine paste.
  3. Add 2 pureed tomatoes, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 cup turmeric powder & 2 tsp Aliz Kitchen King Masala, Fry paste in 3 tbsp ghee for 3 min.
  4. Add 1 cup boiled green peas.
  5. Cook till ghee separates.Add 1/2 cup water & 250 gms fried paneer.Cook for 5 min. Serve hot.
