Description:

Paneer makhanwala (also called paneer makhani ) is a slightly sweet creamy dish of paneer, originating from the Indian subcontinent, in which the gravy is prepared usually with makhan tomatoes, cashews or cream. Spices such as red chili powder and garam masala are also used to prepare this gravy.

Shopping List:

  • 200 gm Paneer,cut into cubes
  • 3 Medium Tomato Puree
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Cup / 100 ml milk
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Cream
  • Aliz Paneer Makhanwala Mix 1 Packet

Cooking Instruction:

  1. Make a paste of Aliz Paneer Makhanwala Mix with 1 cup of Milk.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add Tomato Puree and cook till the oil oozes out.
  3. Add paste & cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Cut Paneer into pieces Fry & Put it in cold water
  5. Add Paneer,Butter & water.Cook till the gravy thickness & garnish with Cream,Coriander leaves & serve hot.
