Recipe

Slice 300 gm paneer into small, Paneer pieces can be lightly fried, strained and separated from oil and added at the last stage. Heat 3 tbsp of oil, add paste of 3 onions, and fry till golden. Add 4 tbsp tomato puree/paste. Stir−fry for 5 min. Stir in 1 tbsp Aliz Shahi Paneer Masala. Add 2 tsp magaz, 2 tsp cashew paste, 40ml fresh cream and salt. Boil with 1 ½ cups hot water. Add paneer slices. Simmer till done. Garnish with green coriander leaves and a dash of fresh cream. Serve steaming hot.
